The Effects of the Pandemic on Mentees

The kids aren’t all right: Why mentees will be disproportionately affected by the pandemic by Jean Rhodes.

Dr. Rhodes is the Frank L. Boyden Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is also Editor in Chief of the website The Chronicle of Evidence-Based Mentoring, an excellent source for summaries of mentoring research and practice.
